Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Triplora Global, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating under the Locus brand, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Our Service prepares and submits travel authorization and visa applications to the relevant government authority on your behalf. We handle logistics and form facilitation only. We do not make decisions on applications and we do not provide immigration advice. Decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
Information We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect:
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and address.
- Application data: passport and identity document details, nationality, country of residence, and any supporting documents needed for your application.
- Identity verification data: a photograph or selfie used to confirm your identity. This is sensitive biometric data and we handle it with extra care.
- Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you use the Service, collected automatically.
We collect identity documents and biometric data only where needed to complete an application you have requested.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Prepare and submit your application to the relevant government authority.
- Verify your identity as required for an application.
- Manage your account, process payments, and respond to your requests.
- Contact you about your application, service updates, and security notices.
- Send you news and offers about similar services, unless you opt out.
- Improve and secure the Service, including analytics and fraud prevention.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (including for biometric identity verification and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time), to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information with:
- Government authorities, to submit and manage your application. This is the core purpose of the Service.
- Service providers who help us operate, including identity verification, payment processing, communications, and analytics.
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not store your payment card details; those go directly to our payment processors, who meet PCI-DSS standards. If you pay with digital assets, note that blockchain transactions are recorded on a public ledger outside our control.
International Transfers
Providing the Service necessarily involves transferring your data across borders. Submitting a UK application, for example, means sending your data to a government authority in the United Kingdom. Where required by law, we put appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers and take reasonable steps to keep your data secure.
Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service, complete your application, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We retain identity documents and biometric data only as long as necessary to complete the application and any related record-keeping, then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first, and some rights may be limited while an application is in progress or where we must retain data by law. UK and EU users may also complain to their local data protection authority.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, with particular care for identity documents and biometric photographs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our Service is not directed to children. Where an application is made for a minor, it must be submitted by a parent or guardian who provides the required information and consent.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date, and will notify you of material changes by email or a notice on the Service.
